Billing
What each merchant owes Grail for a month: the plan's monthly fee plus Grail's share of the month's card volume. Admins set each merchant's plan, fee and share.

Plans and store templates
What a new merchant starts with. A plan fills in its billing; a template adds its first categories and a receipt footer. Admins edit them; a template can also be applied to a merchant from its page (it only adds what the store doesn't have).

Reports
Sales across every merchant. Each merchant counts the days in its own time zone. Transactions are completed sales; refunds come off net sales on the day they were paid out. Card volume is every approved card payment less card refunds.
